The villas with own balcony, are situated on
a private resort amongst wooded grounds with
panoramic views. Excellent coastal walks to
be enjoyed along the cliff top, and a
stepped path leads down to the coast below.
Guests are welcomed to enjoy shared use of
the on-site facilities including indoor
heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna, steam
room, fitness studio, bar/restaurant for
dining in or take-away.
The Victorian seaside resort of Cromer, 1
mile, has everything for a classic summer
seaside break. Blue Flag award wide sandy
beach, lifeguard (summer season) for
swimming, surfing, RNLI lifeboat station and
museum, grass tennis courts, 18-hole cliff
top golf course, promenade gardens and pier
with theatre hosting regular concerts and
feature visiting performers throughout the
summer.
Cromer carnival week, boasting one of the
largest carnival day processions, is in the
third week of August. West Runton, 3 miles,
further 9 hole golf course, pitch and putt,
bowling greens and children's boating lake.
Sheringham, 5
miles, home to the North Norfolk Steam
Railway, running to neighbouring coastal
villages and the historic market town of
Holt. Boat trips to visit the seal colonies
at Blakeney Point, Salt Marsh nature reserve
at Cley, excellent bird watching
opportunities and walks along the coastal
path and Peddars Way. Felbrigg and Blickling
stately homes (NT), within 20 minutes drive.

excellent Broadland setting. These cottages
make an ideal retreat at any time of year.
Wayford Bridge is a private development of 5
holiday cottages, adjoining a boatyard
(owners live on site), just set off the
Great Yarmouth road near to Stalham, making
an excellent touring and exploring base by
boat or car. For guests enjoyment a dinghy
is provided with each cottage, and use of an
indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (not
open to public) shared with 5 cottages. Each
cottage has its own small private garden
with seating furniture and private quay
heading, where fishing can be enjoyed in
season. Easy driving distance to the
coastline, with wide sandy beaches and
nature reserves. Stalham, Wroxham, Hickling
and Barton Broad all within 15 minutes
drive. Norwich City, 12 miles. Great
Yarmouth, 16 miles. National Trust
properties within 1/2 an hours drive. Shop
and pub 250 yards.

Enjoying a waterside
setting, these houseboats are moored on the
upper reaches of the River Ant, adjacent to
14-acres of natural grass and woodland, a
natural habitat of many birds and much
wildlife.
Each houseboat enjoys free use of a rowing
boat, a compact and comforable standard of
accommodation with equipped modern fitted
kitchen. French doors, opening inwardly,
create a small balcony, perfect for relaxing
and feeding the ducks.
During the open fishing season, guests are
welcome to fish directly from the houseboat
or along the 1¼ mile riverside walk within
the site, a fishing licence is required.
There is a grassed play area on site for
children, and a neighbouring hotel with
bistro restaurant and bar, within close
walking distance.
An array of attractions can be found within
easy driving distance. Norfolk's finest
sandy beaches, 7 miles. Wroxham, heart of
the Norfolk Broads, for good shopping, daily
boat hire/river day trips, riverside bars,
cafes and restaurants, 6 miles. Livelier
seaside town of Great Yarmouth, 16 miles,
for all the traditional seaside attractions
such as fun fair, amusements, Pier with
theatre and 'live' entertainment shows as
well as a sea life centre and indoor aqua
fun park. The fine city of Norwich with
excellent shopping, theatre, castle and
museum 14 miles.

Set in the beautiful grounds of the
owners' gracious country house, approached
via a tree lined drive, one immediately
appreciates the air of peace and
tranquillity. A holiday during the
springtime gives the promise of a memorable
sight, as the entire grounds become a carpet
of daffodils.
The owners have taken great care to restore
and transform these very well-appointed and
furnished cottages, being specially designed
with the disabled in mind, and a warm
welcome is assured. Centrally situated for
touring Norfolk and Suffolk.
Golf within 10 minutes drive at Beccles and
Bungay, walking and fishing nearby. There
are several good pubs and restaurants
locally and a launderette just 5 minutes'
walk. Birdwatching at Hardly flood, only ½
mile, or from a Norfolk Naturalists' hide
nearby. Motor launches available locally on
the River Chet.
The cathedral city of Norwich boasts a
weekly market, quaint alleyways and cobbled
streets, museums and entertainment, is 11
miles. Nearby, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft
offer all manner of amenities including
piers, theatres, leisure pools, as well as
many other holiday attractions. Pleasurewood
Hills Theme Park and sailing on the Broads,

locally. Strumpshaw Hall Steam Museum is
worth a visit, or take a day trip on the

under 7 years within 4 miles - great fun on

Hall Wildlife Gardens with a renowned
collection of Asian mammals including birds,

pleasantly landscaped gardens.
Close by village of Strumpsham has a steam
museum and Reedham offers Pettitts Animal
Adventure Park. Whatever type of holiday you
